We want you to love your ADLVZI cap. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 7Β days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they are:
β’Unused and in original condition
β’In original packaging
β’Returned within 7 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:
β’Customized caps (unless defective)
β’Caps that show signs of wear or damage
β’Items returned after 7 days
How to Return

2.Provide reason for return
3.We'll provide a return shipping address
4.Ship the item back (return shipping is customer's responsibility)
5.Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
