We want you to love your ADLVZI cap. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Items are eligible for return if they are:

•Unused and in original condition

•In original packaging

•Returned within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items:

•Customized caps (unless defective)

•Caps that show signs of wear or damage

•Items returned after 7 days

2.Provide reason for return

3.We'll provide a return shipping address

4.Ship the item back (return shipping is customer's responsibility)

5.Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

•Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return

•Refund will be issued to your original payment method

•Return shipping costs are non-refundable

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
